Yes i know about the broken Wyldryde chat (More noticed by Chris Pirillo fans)... it is broken due to a network split between server owners/most of staff and Wyldryde. This will be fixed in 2.0 (in active development).

The window has been known to randomly spawn off screen (mainly on multi-monitor systems). You can fix this by right clicking (control+shift+right click on Windows 7) on "StreamDesk > {group name} > {Feed name}" on the taskbar and selecting "move" and tapping a arrow key and moving mouse until window is in view.

If you get the errror below you need to install .Net Framework 3.5 or your .Net framework 3.5 install is Damaged.

For the most part this error can pop up randomly... just click Yes and it should be fine.
